For Preparatory School, Grade School, and High School are required as
* Birth Certificate
* Baptismal Certificate
* Hearing Test Record (HTR)
* Pictures for File, 2 x 2 - 2 copies (colored)
* Card - Form 138
* Good Moral Certificate
* Application Form (BID)
* Registration Form (BID)
Bible School Enrollees are required
* Born-again Experience
* Testimony of Conversion
* Pastor's Recommendation
* Health Certificate (for those wanting to stay in the dorm)
* High School Records
